Ram Memory Change...

EPC1000HE trying to change RAM from 1gig to 2 gig. How do I get the paneloff the back to change memory? It seems to be stuck. Brand new netbook never turned on.

0 REMOVE THE TWO SCREWS. THE LONG EDGES OF THE COVER HAVE TABS THAT LOCK INTO THE CASE. JUST BE GENTLE BUT FIRM AS YOU LIFT THE COVER (KIND OF FAVOR ONE EDGE AT A TIME)
