the ativa mdm-8000 we just purchsed from office depot, it's great but only one thing,, when plugged in and not in use the top of the unit is very hot to the touch? office depot say to return it but won't let us try the new unit till I get home with it... question WHY IS IT VERY HOT TO TOUGH , THE HEAT IS NEXT TO THE SWITCH TO TURN IT ON AND JUST RIGHT OF THERE?
