We purchased a Ativa Shredder for Christmas and have read the manual through and cannot find an answer for our problem. A red light came on after using the shredder properly with only three sheets of paper. It was not overused and just for a few minutes? What does the red light mean? There is nothing in the warranty booklet about a red light? I unplugged the shredder and waited for a day and it started again, however I do not want this to happen again and need to know what to do?
