0 I jammed my shredder and had not used it for over a year. Then, I decided to read the manual on-line. The manual suggested pouring 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil on the jammed paper. Then, the manual instructed to wait 30 minutes so the paper can soften. It also stated to use a credit card to push the softened jammed paper out. It worked!!
