I have a 6 outlet Belkin surge protector. I bought it in France and use it in France. A bulb blew and now I cannot figure out how to reset the device so it delivers power again. There is a little Resent button beneath the Belken logo which I have pressed but to no effect. Any tips? Many thanks Val Prinsep
