My BenQ projector only projects a white screen. Wh...

My BenQ projector only projects a white screen. What happened to the blue BenQ screen that usually apprears? Even installed new bulb. Also, none of the controls work. Fan running though.

0 Have manual already, but even the troubleshooting section doesn't deal with this.
