Hi, i have got a KV-401A but i can not toggle betw...

Hi, i have got a KV-401A but i can not toggle between pc's. I am not able to see the screen of one of the pcs. We always switched with the 'Scroll Block' key, clinking it twice, and not with the CTRL left as the manual specified. How can i solve it? Where can i access the key configuration? Thanks.
