How to empty...

Cannot get the paper bin out to empty it. i have tried pulling, prying and tapping.

0 Drill 1/4 in hole in front just below shredder, insert rod and punch or rake to loosen paper. When loose enough to pull bin out partially empty loose paper. You may also try taking the bottom pads off and with a long phillips screwdriver remove the screws and remove the top motor section.
