The blue switch light on " ON " position doesn't come on and there seems to be no power therefore the engine does not start. It does not work. Is there a fuse inside. The cord is connected to a power surge protector. it seems like is no A.C. going through it.. I wonder if there is a fuse inside of it which maybe burned. Basically there is no power going through it to start the engine. why there is no blue power light indication even if the engine is burned.. Can it be repaired if so where.. Thank you.
