Question About BT Fax Machine 55
copier not working properly...

I have been using the BT fax machine 55 but recently when i try to copy a page the copy comes out very dark covering the whole page. The fax when received works fine. Can you please tell what i can do about this ? Thanks. Haider Zaidi

0 my bt paperjet 55 says error 16 and has now locked, can anyone help please
