Question About Brother All in One Printer MFC 7220
Close cover/Back Cover Open Message...

After removing a paper jam, the Close Cover/Back Cover Open message has appeared and won't go away. I have shut machine off and unplugged several times, but nothing works. noticed another person had this problem but can't find the response on this site. Thanks llglunphaMcopaersame
