5 You can try this. First you need to remove all the ink cartridges from the printer. Then clean the contacts on the cartridges and the inside the printer with some warm water on a cotton swab until no more ink comes off. Replace any low, empty, leaking or bulging cartridges. Then turn off the machine and unplug it for 2 minutes then plug it back in. Wait for the insert cartridges message and insert the cartridges. If the problem is still there it means the print head has failed and needs to be replaced.
