Hello, i have a Brother DCP-J725DW printer that is not printing. The paper goes through the machine and comes out and it sounds like its printing but there is nothing on the printer. I am not getting any error messages.

0 The only troubleshooting in the manual relates to error messages. i am not getting an error message.
