I have the MFC 9320CW printer. I installed new cartidges and now there is a 1/4" red line along the left edge of the paper. How do I get rid of that???

0 Hi, I think that there may be a problem with one of the toner cartridges. Check to see if you removed all sealing tape from the toner cartridge. If there is no problem with the cartridges you may need to replace the drum unit.
