INK EVERYWHERE!...

SOMETIMES WHEN WE RECEIVE A FAX OR MAKE COPIES OUR BROTHER SMEARS ALOT OF BLACK INK ALL OVER THE COPY, AND SOMETIMES THE COPIES DONT HAVE IT..YOU JUST HAVE TO CATCH IT AT A GOOD TIME. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??
