0 I just sent you a long explanation and I do not think you got it because of the little pop up box getting in the way of the submit. I asked for a manual that tell me if fonts could be changed without the computer-in the printer. Does he printer read the font that is on the document that is being sent through and print it. Yesterday, the computer was printing a rather thin Helvetica document, that was given to me to finish printing and mail to our members that do not have Email. I came out as if it were in Bold or really rich. Not acceptableWaste of ink if nothing else when printing 12- 2 pagers. If I go to -1 in contrast in seems lack- luster. The manual I was offer was 2 color… ½ blue and ½ white The Tile was very simple Brother users Guide… .This is NOT the one that come in the box when get the machine, it did not say MFC_495CW or DPS?? on the front however I am sure it at least included MFC_495CW. I can not add a picture, I have none.
