WHEN I ATTEMPT TO FAX & ENTER THE NUMBER, I DON'T HEAR A DIAL TONE BUT I DO HEAR THE FAX DIAL THE NUMBER. IT WON'T GO THRU, IT ALWAYS SAYS BUSY
