Hello, when an employee is faxing us their timesheets they are getting a message "no response" but, this is only happening every few times. Some faxes we are receiving. Thus, we tested an employee trying to fax us something and we hear the fax dial tone then the screen, on our Brothers Intel Fax 2840, shows the works receiving, we wait and wait for the fax to come through and nothing comes through and then the screen shows sleep or deep sleep? Please help.
