Poor Line Condition reported - fax will not send. ...

Poor Line Condition reported - fax will not send. We have FIOS service. No issues with voice or internet. Noisy line not heard at dial tone. Occasional user, so don't no how long it has been an issue. Bad reports date back to June 29th. Any ideas?
