My daughter gave me her label maker Model 1900-1910 (Brother - P-Touch) : She didn't give me the plug for it, so I plugged in my own, which is: Class 2 Power Supply Model: U2411E Input: 120V 60 Hz 4.5W Output: 6vdc 350mA When I turn it on, it flashes the word "P-Touch" - and then shuts off and doesn't do anything. I put in new batteries, but still nothing. Is the plug the same as the one you use for that? If not, please let me know what plug to use. Thanks!
