Dear Support, I have a Brother P-touch PT1010 Printer. Its giving me cutter error message. I have opened it up and the spring on the cutter is not responding. Kindly urgently assist. Thanks Faith

0 Have gone through the manual but its not giving me the solution to the cutter error. the Cutter itself its not even moving..
