ERROR MESSAGE...

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS SENDING FAXES. REPORT READS POOR LINE CONDITION/OUT OF MEMORY. I BELIEVE I AM OUT OF MEMORY AND CAN NOT FIND THE MANUAL. HOW CAN I CLEAR THE MEMORY? THANK YOU
