Hi My Brother HL 20 - 30 laser printer will not pick-up the paper from the tray. It goes to the red light during the set-up process. For example when i turn on the printer it goes immediately to the red light even though I have not requested it to print anything. Thanks Mike

0 I have the same question,my printer does not print,the red light for paper is turned on... How do I fix this?
