I have a Brother HL-2240. I have changed the toner...

I have a Brother HL-2240. I have changed the toner cartridge but the copies are so light that I can hardly read them. On the top, the Toner and Drum yellow lights are both lit up. I've been shaking the cartridge. Don't know what else to do.
