Question About Brother Printer MFC-420CN
my MFC 420 CN says always:"unable to clean" whatever I do...

I followed all instructions in the user's guide about troubleshooting and routine maintenance: still, all my MFC 420 CN does is : it appears on the little screen:"unable to clean chapter in user's guide troubleshooting and routine maintenance". I am despaired, what should I do?
