paper jam...

Paper is caught, and torn off, where initially feeds into the printing process, the paper is visible but cannot be removed

0 take out the drum and remove the paper if it is inside the cartridge remove the cartridge get a small blunt object like a knife and slide the paper piece out. I just did this today and got my printer working on my brother mfc 7220.

0 While your at it get a piece of cloth and clean the rollers being careful not to touch the ink part of the cartridge.
