I think I have a printer jam, but cannot find the paper. A very narrow jagged edge of paper showed when I opened the printer tray. I tried to pull the entire paper out, but the narrow piece tore off. I cannot find any paper. I turned the printer off, removed the tray, opened the back door where the toner is, used a flash light and huge magifying glass. I tried manually turning the gears which feed the paper. I made sure both doors were closed properly. I turned the printer on, but the red paper light still showed and it would not print.
