2 error message tells us that something mechanical is wrong. How do I find out what is wrong? printer wil not print. I have recently put new ink jets in. After a couple of prints message comes up 'unable to print'. I have done all the routine cleaning and checked for paper or foreigh objects. Cannot find problem.
