Question About Brother Printer 2450DX
trouble with tension on underside of sewing...

the underside of sewing is loopy, if i alter the tension the top stitch goes loopy, have tried tightening screw on bobbin case, it also misses sttches, I have put in a new needle. ugh need help I have curtains waiting for attention.
