troubleshooting...

my printer will not print it is asking for me to read the manuel. i dont have it, i bought it from a friend and she no longer has it either.

0 I'm having a similar problem and no longer have the users guide. I cannot print. It is telling me unable to clean and to read the troubleshooting under maintenance. Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem?
