canon prixma mx 432 printer error 5011 the first ...

canon prixma mx 432 printer error 5011 the first time I turned on this printer-it it's NEW- the printing error message came on, 5011 code in the corner. i have turned it off and unplugged from the wall about 10 times. Nothing works. Please help. How do I get it working. all the covering material has been removed.
