Question About Canon All in One Printer JXY44752
Cartridge Door...

Had a serious paper jam. Cleared all. Paper jam is still registering. Asks you to slide platen and open cartridge door. When the cartridge door is open it does not register open and go to the next step. Can you please help? This is our fax machine and we can't receive anything until this is fixed.
