5 This error code is a simple fix, it means that your waste toner bottle is full. Here is what you should do: on the lower left side of the unit, there is a small cover with screws on it. Remove that cover and carefully remove the bottle of waste toner ( be sure not to spill any). Take the bottle to a sink which doesn't stain easily and wash every part of the bottle. Be absolutely sure that the neck of the bottle is free of debris. After washing thoroughly with water, clean the inside and outside of the bottle with alcohol to remove any static cling. Be sure to be certain that there is no moisture left of the bottle when you reinstall it back into the unit. Restart, and enjoy.
