I need to order themanuel (book and cd ) that tells me how to hook up the pixma MX340 wireless printer. Once I receive the book and cd I am getting someone to hook it up. Can't print anything now because I can't get the printer hooked up. Thanks Need cost of manuel and cd and how much to mail it to me.
