mx850 error 5010 and makes grinding noises. i hav...

mx850 error 5010 and makes grinding noises. i have reset all settings. unplugged for 10 min also. i fixed this once before but have no idea what i did. i think i reset some interior cables. only happens when i copy something and not when i send a print job through laptop.
