Have just installed all new cartridges, blue won't print at all, tried to print check pattern but blue totally blank (all tags have been removed) then comes up with an operator error message on my computer (lcd screen has been blank for some time), then the orange light comes on. No amount of turning power will get it to stop. Think might be time for new printer!!
