replaced 2 color cartridges. Message C0000: Print...

replaced 2 color cartridges. Message C0000: Printer error has occurred. Turn power off then back on. If problem persists, see manual. I lost my manual. I turned the printer off 3 different times, but still get the same error message. Can you help?
