ADF will not scan doc. Also does not scan from platen either. Process begins with press of scan button and follows sequence, but does not draw in ADF mode, and does not complete scan function if placed on the platen. However, the ADF works fine in copy mode. (draws doc and prints copy, so ADF is working in that mode. Please help my scan function work again. Thank you
