The printer reports an error on startup after one or more cartridges are replaced. Depowering the machine sometimes for a week does not fix.

5 Hi, Best thing to do is to clean the printer with canned air. Remove all paper, and ink cartridge, use the canned air to make sure there is no dust or stuck paper. Then remove printer and re-install printer drive.
