We have a Canon Pixma MG6220 photo all in one. We are getting an error box with the code: C000, with instructions to turn off the printer and turn it back on again and if it persists to refer to manual. I've looked for an online manual as the instruction materials we have is not helpful. I cannot locate one. Can you help me with this error issue?
