Question About Canon Printer None
Canon i350 - refuses to print...

The printer prints only in color; it won't print any black letters. I've tried to print the test paper - and it failed. I've tried the maintenance tests - they were O.K., except the cleaning/deep cleaning that it refused to execute. I've changed the black ink tank, and the situation remains the same. Can you hel, please ? thanks, Mallik Lea
