I got to section 6 step. But I am unsure of what the auto head alignment means so i pressed OK & my paper didn't move during printing & i got a message to say paper ahd jammed in rear of printer. but there is no paper inside the printer yet. Can you help me with this problem? thank you. Regards Dianne Hale

0 i have entered the wrong printer name for the manual. I have a Canon PIXMA MG 6400
