My printer has an error message that saysAn error has...

My printer has an error message that says: An error has occurred. The printer needs repair. 1. Turn off device and unplug the power cord 2. See the manual and contact the service center. The manual didn't offer any help. What would you suggest as a good next step.

0 Wow.  I told you I didn't need the manual.  And the link you sent me was for an electric heater manual not a printer.
