Where to load paper? It asks me to put paper into...

Where to load paper? It asks me to put paper into an upper tray. It has paper. I don't understand why printer doesn't see it. And I also cant figure out if I'm missing something, if there's any other upper tray that I haven't discovered yet that needs paper. (It used to work fine before, not the first time I'm using this printer)
