Question About Canon Scanner 5600F
5600F scanner...

After going through install program, connecting scanner, and rebooting, I get a driver not installed messge when I try to scsan. Have windows XP with 2 GB memory. Bough today.

5 Error message: Scanner driver supported by this software is not installed. Install it and retry." Used easy install to install scanner. Later went to WWW, downloaded and installed the driver. Disable virus/internet protection and retried. Nothing works. Plan on returning scanner to the store for refund.
