Question About Canon Scanner DR-3080CII
black streaks on 2nd side when duplexing...

When scanning in Duplex mode there are about 15 thin black streaks on the 2nd side

0 We replaced the bottom imaging unit and the problem went away. 4 months later it was back. There are serious reoccuring issues with the image units on these machines, and canon won't admit to them. Its a poor design not being 100% sealed, but their are obvious electric/circuit board issues in the units too. We won't be purchasing any more DR series equipment.
