Hi the scanner is performing poorly with apparent dpi issues. Can the manual help?

0 Can you elaborate on the "DPI Issues". Is the scanned image quality poor? Has the scanner been cleaned and have you checked the scanner settings to make sure you are scanning with the correct positive or negative settings?
