When I use the 1 touch button to email & scan a document, I receive an error message stating that the operation failed. It then asks me to check my email program setting & retry. The only way to email the document is to save it & then attach it to the email. I'm using Outlook 2003. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the program & Canon is unable to help because it is a software issue relating to Outlook & not the software for the scanner. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
