We purchased a Canon MF6500 series PCL5e earlier this year, and initially used with a PC running Windows 200, and had no problems. My computer has been upgraded to one using Windows 7, and now I am unable to access the 'on line help' and unable to scan. As I didn't instal it myself, I don't know if it is not correctly installed or whether it is not compatible with windows 7. M Taylor
