Question About Casio Calculator FX-9750GII

Under STAT > CALC > 1 var, 2 var, when I calculate with values in both list 1 and list 2, and click 1 var and 2 var, they present the same answer. Should 2 var present difference answers if it is taking into account more than one lists? What are the presets for SET in this menu as well? Could that be the problem?
